We measure the people
behind performance.

Every great company is a reflection of its leadership. We built a system to prove it — and to invest accordingly.

About
MANAGEMENT DECISIONS PRODUCT STRATEGY PROFITABILITY METRICS SHAREHOLDER VALUE CAUSAL CHAIN · FIRST PRINCIPLES
01 · Philosophy

Management drives outcomes.

Every fundamental you can measure — revenue growth, margin expansion, capital efficiency — originates in a decision made by a person in a boardroom. We invest at the source, not the symptom.

The S&P 500 is not 500 companies. It is 500 leadership teams with 500 distinct decision-making cultures.
DIMENSION SCORE Track Record 88 Shareholding 82 Incentives 79 Experience 74 Qualifications 68 Composite Score 78.2
02 · Methodology

Qualitative leadership, made quantitative.

We read every DEF 14A proxy filing in the S&P 500. We score boards across eight dimensions — from track record and shareholding to incentive alignment and governance quality — producing a composite 0–10 leadership score for each company.

The same analytical rigour applied to credit risk in banking — now applied to the people running public companies.
BAM BMK 2005 2025 BAM CAGR 14.7% Benchmark 10.6%
03 · Outcome

Systematic. Repeatable. Alpha-generating.

When you buy great leadership and short poor leadership, the spread compounds. Our process converts a structural edge — access to information the market consistently misprices — into sustained outperformance across market cycles.

Leadership quality is persistent. Markets underprice it. That gap is our alpha.
